ABSTRACT
The main problem of IVF program is financial matter, especially for developing contries. The countries like Egypt, India and Turkey have offered several methods of IVF program with low cost stimulation ovulation. Although the pregnancy rate is lower than the standart stimulation ovulation for IVF, this program still offers an alternative for infertile couples who have financial problem especially tube factor, young couples and male factor. The objective of this study was to evaluate the success of friendly IVF program, that is the IVF program with low cost ovulation stimulation. The type of research is retrospective using the data from Surabaya IVF center, between 2003 and 2006. The sample is taken from the patients who receive clomiphen citrate or combined clomiphen citrate and gonadotropin. (more…)

ABSTRACT
Childbearing is improtant to women with renal disease, but pregnancy has generally been regarded as very high risk in these women. Prevalence of cronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 4 in reproductive age (20-39 y.o.) < 0,00025%, only few of them becoming pregnant. CKD is defined Kidney damage for three or more months, structural or functional abnormalities of the kidney with or without decrease of GFR < 60 ml/mnt/1.73 m2 with or without kidney damage. Effect for three or more months of pregnancy on chronic kidney disease: Worsening proteinuria, developing become kidney failure, severe anemia, hypertension, urinary tract infection. Effect of chronic kidney disease on pregnancy: Abortion, preterm delivery, low birth wight, IUGR, high incidence of perinatal mortality, placental obruption, pregnancy-induced hypertension, preeclampsia.

ABSTRACT
The objective of the research were to prove that measurement of basal inhibin-b level are better than measurement of basal FSH level to predict the ovarian reserve. The research was taken place on gynecology out patitent clinic dr. Soetomo hospital. The methode of this research was cross sectional study by using the population of women age 25-40 years old visiting the gynecology out patient clinic. By the inclusion criteria: normal menstrual period, has been married, and willingness to join the study; and the exclusion criteria: using hormonal medication until 2 months before, ovarian mass, obesity, history of pelvic surgery, and galactorhea; we included 42 women that meet the criteria. ABSTRACT
The objective of this studt was to know the successful comparison of ISMN and misoprostol intra vaginal in expression of MMP-1 mucous cervix and the change of Bishop score in post term pregnancy. The research was taken place on delivery room on emergency room dr. Soetomo hospital and dr. Soewandi hospital. Ther research was using experimental recearch (randomized clinical trial) by using the population of pregnant women with the case of post term with Bishop score that will have treatment of induction. After gathering 30 patient who met the criteria inclusion which diveded into 2 groups of treatment are as follows the first group of patients had ISMN 40 ng of intra vaginal nad 15 patients of intra vaginal had misoprostol 50 ug of intra vaginal treatment every 0 hours, 6 hours and 12 hours by giving 2 times maximum. ABSTRACT
The objective of this research was to compare leucocyte, differential count, and level of calprotectin in normal women, normal pregnant women, mild preecalamsia, and severe preclampsia. The design of the study was observational analytic. The research was bone at Emergency Room and Outpatient Clinik in Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya. The patients were women reproductive age, normal pregnant women, mild preeclampsia, and severe preeclapsia on third trimester. We observed 13 women in reproductive age, 13 normal pregnalt women, 13 pregnant women with mild preeclampsia, and 13 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia. (more…)

ABSTRACT
The objective of this study was to investigate the correlation between Cyclin D1 expression and clinical staging, tumor cell grading and the lymph non kereatinizing squamous cell cervical cancer. This research was observational study with cross sectional approcah in Gynecologi Oncology Clinic and Pathology Anatomy Department of Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya. The samples are tissues (cervix ana lymph node) covered with paraffin block collected from radical hyaterectomies in Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya January 1st, 2003 to November 31st, 2006. 10 samples were collected consecutively for each clinical staging (IA, IB, IIA), thus 30 samples totally.
